Blocked Ears?
We Can Help

Earwax is a natural and protective substance, but when it accumulates excessively, it can cause discomfort, hearing problems, ear pressure and sometimes infections. Professional removal of wax is important to prevent damage to the sensitive structures of the ear.

Safe & Gentle Ear Wax Removal

Before treatment, the audiologist carefully inspects the ear canal and eardrum to locate the wax, check for any issues, and determine if microsuction is the right option. A hearing test is also included as part of the appointment. We recommend using wax-softening drops for at least three days prior to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. One product we suggest is Clean Ears, a gentle, non-irritating spray made from an olive oil derivative and peppermint oil.

I saw Dr Ally to have ear wax removed after I got water in my ear. She was very quick and helpful, there was no pain at all. Recommend her all the way. She is very nice and kind.

Book Your Ear Wax Removal

We professionally remove wax and foreign objects using advanced techniques, including microsuction, a safe, water-free method for clearing the ear canal. Microsuction is particularly suitable for patients who need or prefer a water-free approach, such as those with a perforated eardrum, diabetes, or those taking blood thinners. Using a tiny vacuum, our audiologist gently suctions, dislodges, and removes wax buildup.
